THE STUDY/JR BEDROOM
The Study has a sectional sofa and flat screen TV w/premium English & Spanish Cable and a spectacular city & ocean view. The room converts to a small bedroom with a sofa that opens to a double bed and is complete with a dedicated walk-in closet and hallway bath with a glass enclosed rain shower.
We loved spending a week in this penthouse. Staying on the top floor provided spectacular views of PV. You can take an easy one flight of stairs or take the elevator directly to the fabulous rooftop area. The pool on the roof has a GREAT view of the ocean, and we spent a good deal of our vacation there. It’s also a few blocks away from the Farmers Market with amazing fresh fruits & vegetables. Great location, w/in walking distance to the old town.
