A luxury Penthouse with amazing Ocean and City views!
"This was my escape to paradise in Puerto Vallarta. This Penthouse is just 2 blocks from restaurant row and it’s a short walk to the Romantic Zone’s best beaches. It’s in a brand-new building with only 5 residences. The penthouse unit has its own private plunge pool, air-conditioning, hot water and great water pressure. The building is very modern with classic details. The neighborhood has an Old Vallarta feel with a good combination of locals and tourists. It’s safe, clean and secure! Uber is available but you don’t need it. You can walk everywhere. Two of the blocks near the Penthouse are a little steep but I loved it for the exercise and the late-night walks.The hosts were very accessible and responsive.It was an amazing stay and I will return for sure!"

Stunning Alta Vista penthouse with spectacular ocean and city views!
This is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. Conveniently located in the Alta Vista neighborhood makes getting around very easy, and places you within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, bars and entertainment venues in Puerto Vallarta .The neighborhood itself is lively and charming, but once inside the unit, you’re in your own quiet, clean, spacious and calming place, just what you need after a day of exploring all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.The unit itself is very clean, modern and stylishly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and everything you’d need to make your stay more comfortable is provided. The unit is spacious with amply sized rooms and 3 full bathrooms, and enough space for gatherings to not feel cramped. The in-unit jacuzzi/ plunge pool is truly an added bonus, and was perfect for enjoying the fabled Puerto Vallarta sunsets after a day of sightseeing activities, or just to relax and unwind.You cannot go wrong staying here. The unit is great, the location perfect for enjoying the attractions of Puerto Vallarta. I’d recommend this rental without reservation, and am looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Puerto Vallarta.The hosts were very accessible and responsive.It was an amazing stay and I will return for sure!"

Awesome views! A beautiful hidden gem!
The penthouse takes up the entire top floor and has wonderful ocean & city views of PV, from all the main Living areas and every Bedroom too! A great location, only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Romantic Zone’s best restaurants. It’s also walking distance to Los Muertos beach and the Cathedral. The roof top pool and lounge is beautiful! It has 360 degree panoramic views and since it’s a small building of only 5 units, it was very quiet and private. The unit is light-filled with high ceilings & large windows. The 2 master bedrooms have King Size beds and en-suite bathrooms. We used the study as a TV and nap room, but the sofa also opens to a bed. The bedrooms have black-out blinds and drapes. The kitchen is bright and modern and also has a great view! The neighborhood has some of the best views in town and is really charming with a combination luxury condos & villas while still being home to many PV locals with small homes, shops, schools and a great farmers market.The hosts were very accessible and responsive.It was an amazing stay and I will return for sure!"

Sehr gut ! ein sehr feines Ferienhaus
Wie ein schöner Traum, der nie zuende gehen sollte, waren unsere Ferientage im My Vallarta Penthouse. Gestern noch im Stress Zuhause, heute mit Meerblick. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit einer rundum Aussicht, die an Schönheit und Interessantheit wohl nicht mehr zu überbieten ist. Im Haus ist alles perfekt organisiert. Alles ist genauso wie es im Internet beschrieben ist.Die Schlafzimmer sind so ausgerichtet, dass der erste Blick am Morgen gleich über das Meer auf die Altstadt von Puerto Vallarta.Hier möchte man sofort für den Rest seines Lebens bleiben. Puerto Vallarta ist nach wie vor ein wundervoller Ort und wir werden im nächsten Jahr ganz bestimmt wiederkommen und im My Vallarta Penthouse. Und ehe ich es vergesse lieber Alfredo, ein super Service.Nochmals vielen Dank !

Un penthouse fabuloso con hermosas vistas al mar!
Hemos pasado una semana en Mi Vallarta Penthouse y todo ha sido perfecto, tanto la vivienda que estaba impecable, todo súper limpio, dormitorios con camas de King y banos privados, y dos terrazas para disfrutar de las vistas del mar y el centro viejo. Destacar la amabilidad de los dueños.Sin dudarlo volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. Muy muy recomendable.

Loved the Penthouse and the Rooftop Pool!
We loved spending a week in this penthouse. Staying on the top floor provided spectacular views of PV. You can take an easy one flight of stairs or take the elevator directly to the fabulous rooftop area. The pool on the roof has a GREAT view of the ocean, and we spent a good deal of our vacation there. It’s also a few blocks away from the Farmers Market with amazing fresh fruits & vegetables. Great location, w/in walking distance to the old town.
